All prices are in pounds sterling per week. Rentals are normally a minimum of seven days, with access to the houses, on the day of arrival, and exit upon departure generally being flexible upon request dependent on flight times.

The price includes laundry of bed linen and towels. Daily maid service is an optional extra

A deposit of 25% of the rental is required on confirmation of reservation with the balance due six weeks before the commencement of the rental. There are no refunds for cancellations unless Aegean Rentals is able to re-let the property. Minimal rental is for one week. Our property manager will meet you on arrival at the property and will be there to assist you with any further information about the accommodation and activities in and around Selçuk.
