Situated 5 minutes walk from the center of town and in a very pretty part of Selçuk, Goldsmith House has been beautifully restored with lovely features including original stone walls and woodwork.

The house benefits from central heating and is cool in summer due to the well insulated walls.

Goldsmith House has a wonderful large front and back garden with the pool being situated in the back garden, this pool is shared by next door Garden House, both properties can be rented together or separately.

Bedroom 1:
Very spacious double bedroom with wonderful stone and brick walls.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds with room for extra bed if required.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, table and chairs and large fridge freezer.

Bathroom 1 with shower and toilet and washing machine.

Bathroom 2 in front garden with toilet and shower.

Inside veranda with wonderful views overlooking the front garden, glass doors can be fully opened in summer months lovely for dining, table a chairs for four.

Large front garden with wood burning fire place and garden furniture. Fully operating Goldsmith workshop for guests who would like to work and holiday at the same time.

Back garden with lovely swimming pool and relaxing area with sun beds, this area is shared with Garden House.
