All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling per week.

For each additional person, maximum 6 there is an extra charge of 85 Sterling per person per week

 

Rentals are a minimum of three days, with access to the house, on the day of arrival, and exit upon departure generally being flexible upon request dependent on flight times.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required to secure your reservation with the balance due six weeks before the commencement of the rental.

Our property manager will be at the villa to meet you on arrival and will assist you with any further information about the accommodation and activities in and around Selçuk and will be available to help with anything you might need during your stay.

Transfers to and from Izmir airport can be arranged when booking. Car and mini bus hire can also be arranged through Aegean Rentals, please inquire when mailing.
